"NeutraBac pH is an essential part of my program to help ensure my horses have a balanced gut. I am certain everyone of us has been anxious or stressed about something and felt that knot in our stomach. This is because in those times our bodies produce high levels of cortisol which in turn increases the amount of gastric acid. That acid eats at the stomach mucus causing discomfort and can lead to various health issues. It’s no different for horses when we put them under stress competing, changing their environment, foaling, injuries, or long trailer rides. “Neutrabac pH has been an essential in my trailer for over a year now. I’ve had great success using NBPH with my rodeo horses as well as hauling my young horses. Giving NBPH has allowed me to cut back or eliminate other “gut health” products that were previously in my program.
Recently, I started feeding the loose chelator minerals to my rodeo horses and put out chelator mineral blocks for my younger horses. For my rodeo horses, it’s important to me that they are consistently getting the necessary minerals required to keep them healthy on the road. Using the loose mineral I am able to guarantee they are getting exactly what they need added into their grain every day. I also keep a tube of Vita-Min Gel in the trailer as a rapid recharge on heavy work days.
My younger horses are in two pastures & don’t get grain daily. For convenience, I cut a chelator mineral block in half and placed one half in each pasture. Unlike most mineral blocks, the chelator mineral block contains less than 5% sugars and starches which is important for gut health. Research shows chelated minerals have improved rates of mineral absorption which means I can trust my horses are getting their mineral requirements and not wasting my investment.

"We originally bought Neutrabac pH in order to have on han incase we had a horse experiencing colic. Knowing it also helps balance the stomach and aid in ulcer protection, we started using it daily on our horses in training and competition. We use Neutrabac pH when hauling, competing, and any potentially stressful situation. We started to notice a great difference in their coat and overall health. As I said earlier we wanted to have it on hand for colic and had to use it on a horse here not that long ago. She was dow and wanting to roll in discomfort. I gave her the reccommended dose and got her walking. She had a bowel movement not too long after and really wanted to drink.
